A special career counselling session for students of classes IX to XII was organized at Darshan Academy, Dasuya, to motivate young learners to explore meaningful and distinguished careers in the service of the nation. The session was graced by the presence of Lt. Col. Rajender Singh Adhikari, Administrative Officer, 18 FAD, currently allocated at Ucchi Bassi. Through his inspiring address, Lt. Col. Adhikari highlighted the diverse career opportunities available in the Indian Army, emphasizing the values of honor, courage, teamwork, and leadership. He recounted his own journey, sharing memorable experiences and invaluable lessons learned during his service. He urged students to consider the Indian Army not just as a profession but as a way of life—one that stands for commitment, valor, and patriotism. The session was interactive, with students eagerly participating and asking insightful questions about the various entry procedures, the importance of discipline, and the broad spectrum of roles offered in the Army, from administrative to technical and combat duties. Lt. Col. Adhikari encouraged students to cultivate self-discipline, physical fitness, and a spirit of service. The principal and staff members expressed their gratitude to Lt. Col.
