Darshan Academy Dasuya organized a series of three enlightening Meditation Workshops on August 8, 2025. The workshops were designed for parents, students, and the teaching and non-teaching staff, aiming to promote holistic well-being, inner peace, and spiritual growth. The day began with a warm welcome to the parents, followed by an engaging session led by Ms. Madhu Arora, who emphasized the power of meditation in managing day-to-day stress and overcoming life’s challenges. Her insightful words encouraged parents to adopt meditation as a daily practice for emotional balance and spiritual strength. The second session for students focused on helping them manage academic pressure and cultivate mental clarity through meditation. Ms. Shivani Bansal skillfully guided the young minds on how regular meditation can improve concentration, reduce stress, and enhance academic performance. The session was interactive and filled with practical insights, leaving a lasting impact on the students.
