Refresher Workshop on Meditation

A refresher workshop on meditation was conducted at Darshan Academy, Dasuya, on June 4, 2026, by Ms. Yadvinder Kaur and Ms. Amandeep Kaur. The workshop was facilitated by Ms. Yadvinder Kaur and Ms. Amandeep Kaur, who shared insights into the practice of meditation and its positive effects on physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being. An engaging ice-breaker activity based on inspiring thoughts and teachings of Sant Rajinder Singh Ji Maharaj encouraged active participation and reflection among the teachers. The workshop reinforced the significance of regular meditation in reducing stress, enhancing concentration, and fostering inner peace. The session proved to be informative, interactive, and spiritually enriching for all participants.
